LESS THAN ONE TEASPOON OF SALT AND THREE CUBES OF SEASONING TO PREPARE TWO MEALS IS LEGAL

Friday 13th February 2026 

This entire meal including the leftover meal preparation was prepared with not upto one complete teaspoon of salt.

Killing people spiritually and or psychologically and torturing people biologically for salt preferences is illegal, inhumane and completely evil.  If that is the yardstick why do places for commercial eating have salt dispensers for people to use as they please.

Instant noodles no matter how small are mostly prepared each with spicing packets.

People are not protecting me from thousands of head smashing and or other head attacks almost every day causing continuous biological headaches for me who write this physically and further torment me for hours over less than a teaspoon of salt and 3 cubes of seasoning used to prepare two separate meals.

OPINION SMALLER AND LARGER NATIONS  Friday 2nd January 2026   For smaller nations 1. Avoid war and seek peace at all times. A small nation wins a war against a large nation if it prevents war and protects peace. 2. A small nation that is attacked by a larger nation should ask its friends or trade partner nations if they would accept to have an embassy field office in a region or state or smaller administrative location as well. In this manner several nations could open field embassies across that nation and the nations would be attacked if their embassies are attacked. 3. PSYCHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ASSAULTING Some weeks ago me who write this physically had a psychological observation of a gruesome, relentless assaulting of an important personality consistently. This was also like it was me who write this physically but me who write this physically appear quite different from the important personality. The worrying aspect of this psychological observation was not that the important personality was being assaulted though that was strange, but rather the reaction, which was not so much defiance or screaming from pain, but the reaction gave an impression of hopelessness.
