My Story in Brief
In year 2020 me who write this physically was working in my own farm which was quite a new experience for me at the time.
In the fourth quarter of year 2021 me who write this came to work in another person's farm as the person was experiencing extortion. For instance me who write this risked my life to purchase a bag of rice on a day that many parts of the city were seemingly being controlled by protesters and getting transport was quite arduous. Despite that me who write this physically got that because the person needed it.
Then me who write this physically visited the next weekend to see how they were doing only to find out half the bag of rice was missing. Based on past experience that should have taken no less than three months to finish. Despite all entreaties the person did not say who did the extortion. This was revealed years later and not too long ago. This was how me who write this physically started to work on this farm in year 2021.
This has been a colossal error but has learning points that will help generations of people.
The food situation was good or average at the beginning but has deteriorated consistently in recent years. Basically the same food is eaten almost every day with limited varieties that are available when they are seen in the house.
Fish, meat and even ponmo (cowhide) have become luxuries though some chickens were donated late last year and also this year.
The garden in this residence compound has been a tremendous source of help to make food more delectable. Farm produce especially vegetable leaves are eaten multiple times each week.
The purpose of this is not to speak about my travails but rather to explain how this recommendation came about from a very practical situation. My autobiography will do legal justice to that, that is delineate that more clearly.
In year 2025, me who write this physically was concerned about the shooting of Palestinians seeking food aid in Gaza. It seemed so arduous for some of them to get food to eat.
Therefore me who write this physically considered that refugees and beneficiaries from poor communities could actually benefit from this garden approach to eat food that is nutritious and pleasant with some variety and dignity.
What my experience has shown me is that people can live quite well if they have some bags of food such as rice, Gari, beans and others. What this means is that if the refugees or beneficiaries are provided this, they would be able to prepare food to eat from their gardens which would help meet their nutritional needs. This means that the focus of the legal donor intervention programme is to ensure the beneficiaries are food self reliant which will require less consistent input from donors over years and decades. However the continuous impact on the livelihoods of the beneficiaries means that the impact can still be recorded by the donor organisations which is why it has such phenomenal impact indicators.
This is called the Garden Food Aid Model.
Some refugee camps and poor communities are located near arable lands and forests which the poor may grow crops on while such is feasible.
However, if refugees and or beneficiaries do not have enough land to farm, these or some type of potted plants containers can be provided to make this feasible. This can be done with prefab environmentally friendly plastics and easily installed by refugees and beneficiaries.
What does this mean? This means that the donor organization creates a sustainable feeding system that ensures good nutrition without needing too much continuous assistance other than perhaps the grains which could be supplied once or twice a year or at most every quarter. This eases the pressure on food aid distribution and makes the quality of nutrition of a good quality and standard. Me who write this physically want to say that this is a special recommendation and may keep millions, tens of millions and even more people eating properly even with conflict and or poverty. This is very important. It is a simple model but would have legal dramatic, helpful and humane impact.
Most of the ingredients in my cooking videos are from the farm. Even snails provide a rich source of protein and when prepared do not appear as just bits and pieces from a garden. This is important. This is recommended to Universal Britain which is just a nomenclature because me who write this physically am of the opinion that the United Kingdom with capital in London on the Continent of Europe with other legal developmental partners can make this work and increase the quality of livelihoods for the world's poorest people and especially those in conflict.
Some may also ask how the refugees and beneficiaries will get affordable cooking fuel. This has been recommended sometime ago. A solution that can also be packaged in sacks and distributed to refugees and beneficiaries with food aid. This means that even cooking the food can be very pleasant for the refugees and or beneficiaries.
COOKING FOOD AND CONCEPTUALISING A COOKING FUEL SOLUTION
In the course of working in the garden me who write this physically have discovered medicinal and health benefiits of plants as well as agricultural benefiits of plants. For instance, cocoyam leaves help me heal sores in my mouth and has worked as an excellent mouthwash for me in recent weeks. Plantain leaves have diverse benefits. Just only recently me who write this physically poured the squeezed cocoyam leaves and the water mixed with it from a container and watered some plants to help keep them healthy. This was done again on the morning of Sunday 12th April 2026.
The following video shows when many crops were attacked by some sickness last year. Me who write this physically have not been able to get funds to purchase agricultural inputs this year but now am relying on the garden itself to help in that regard.
If refugees and beneficiaries are trained on how to know the plants that can help them health wise and those that can optimise their agricultural efforts and practice, this will help create more healthy refugees and beneficiaries without costing much more if at all as well as helping to keep beneficiary gardens richer and luscious. This solution is basically an empowerment intervention that gets the beneficiaries into a better quality life. If some become arts and crafts experts or commercial farmers for instance plantain farmers even at the micro and or small level they could be weaned off food aid entirely in a few years or harvest seasons. For instance making mats from the stems of dried plantain leaves could earn incomes for refugees and beneficiaries.
This is an all round approach which works in the interest of the donors, the refugees and beneficiaries, the host communities as well as the legal government's involved.
Plantain Network of Farmers
The second aspect is very important. It is a model that in my opinion will help create considerable increasing prosperity for many farmers and their families across the Universe.
In recent weeks me who write this physically have been posting about PlantaProducts. The Internet address shows how this could be of great impact to farmers.
There are so many products that can be gotten from a single plantain tree it is absolutely amazing to think about it.
The purpose is to legally create a Plantain Network of Farmers. What does this do? This helps to ensure farmers can sell their plantain produce whether the fruits and or other parts of the plantain tree in larger groups or even at fixed prices agreed across the network. This will provide greater strength to the farmers to bargain and help companies purchasing plantain and other parts of the plantain trees have more standard and processible produce across farmers which will make purchasing and supply much mote standardised and cost effective.
This can be a purely commercial arrangement because the companies can invest in the network and the plantain farmers can sell their produce, make money and are happy. However me who write this physically am of the opinion that having legal development assistance involvement will help tremendously. This could include training for the farmers to increase and optimise crop yield, showing and teaching farmers how to prepare and package leaves, stems, trunks for instance for sale to companies. This could include providing a truck that picks leaves, stems, fruits, trunks weekly which the farmers pay a cheaper price to get the goods to the company which could be paid when they are paid or deducted from what the company pays them. This is a gap legal development assistance can fill.
This is just an instance. The development assistance could include connecting the plantain farmers with export markets as well. Farmers could be legally enlightened on how to legally protect their farms from disease, drought and disadvantage. An online platform and mobile application could make all these easily available to plantain farmers with just mobile phones.
So what the Plantain Network of Farmers does is to legally aggregate plantain produce for companies which can purchase in a more organised and standardised manner as well as increading revenues for the farmers and also enabling the farmers to benefit from collective bargaining power.
This project is recommended as a Universal Britain project however it is intended to have as primary and secondary beneficiaries plantain farmers on the Continent of Africa and the Caribbean in the first instance. The project will eventually have beneficiaries from locations where plantain treee are commercially grown across the Universe.
This is also self-sustaining and commercial because a PlantaProducts company may choose to invest in such a network to optimise legal trade with plantain farmers. The company may also seek to partner with this to allow it focus on its core competences.
It needs to be made clear that is not a British project but a British lead Universal project. This is very important.
The central coordinating structure should include no less than four legal donor organisations from four different nations.
1. Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) of the United Kingdom with capital in London on the Continent of Europe.
2. The State Department of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America.
3. Japan's Official Development Assistance (ODA), Japan International Cooperation Agency, Japan on the Continent of Asia.
4. The European External Action Service on the Continent of Europe based in Brussels, Belgium on the Continent of Europe as well as the Federal Republic of Germany with capital in Berlin.
It is expected that the central coordinating structure will legally, and based on merit involve other credible universal legal donor organisations such as The United Nations with Headquarters in New York, the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America.
There should also be implementing partners.
Recommendations include:
1. The African Union based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on the Continent of Africa.
2. Legal governments in African Regions
West Africa
Nigeria and Ghana
East Africa
Kenya and Democratic Republic of Congo
Southern Africa
Angola and Zimbabwe
North Africa
Algeria and Egypt
It is recommended that the Republic of Rwanda with capital in Kigali be appointed as a legal government adviser to the Plantain Network of Farmers for Africa.
The Caribbean
Recommendations include:
1. Legal governments of the following nations in the Carribean
Dominican Republic
Cuba
Haiti
Jamaica
Puerto Rico
It is recommended that the Bahamas with capital in Nassau be appointed as a legal government adviser to the Plantain Network of Farmers for the Carribean.
It is important to make it clear that PlantaProducts companies have freedom to operate with or without plantain network of farmers. A company may choose to work with the network and still also allow farmers trade and make supplies to it directly without the network. A PlantaProducts company may choose to develop its own unique legal method for purchasing from farmers which may include an online Internet address that enables farmers offer supplies at suggested rates. The farmer then receives an automated response of what the company is willing to pay and for what quantity and the time of expected delivery.
Me who write this physically may choose to recommend this to another entity and or nation or nations at some point in time.

PSYCHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ASSAULTING Some weeks ago me who write this physically had a psychological observation of a gruesome, relentless assaulting of an important personality consistently. This was also like it was me who write this physically but me who write this physically appear quite different from the important personality. The worrying aspect of this psychological observation was not that the important personality was being assaulted though that was strange, but rather the reaction, which was not so much defiance or screaming from pain, but the reaction gave an impression of hopelessness.
