As we remember the human cruelty in Rwanda in 1994, one thing is most important and has been largely left undone in 32 years. That is legally and accurately determining all people, nations and interests genuinely responsible for the 1994 Rwandan Genocide with their names and images. My current suffering is because some of those responsible were not shown as that and such cruelty is being effected again using more crafty techniques on African soil. As a victim of continuous injustice those perpetrating that even denigrate me with all this cruelty.
For the African nations, me who write this physically have come to understand a fundamental weakness in Africa. That is support and help for each other. This is not as strong as it needs to be and is stronger in some places than others.

Some years ago me who write this physically wrote about the need for African Nations to contribute to help the victims of war in Sudan and not rely only on foreign support. It is not clear how much of this has been done but some time ago when me who write this physically found out there hadn't been much done but some institutional progress had been made. To donate relief materials and resources from 55 nations should not be too arduous.
So it is important to remember the horrors of 1994 a time when me who write this physically was biologically sick aswell. However, it is important for Africans and African Nations to try to help each other otherwise the current universal 'game' that is going on, though it is really not a game will be almost impossible for Africa to prevail. The current 'game' requires the willingness to help as much as one can spare or afford.
It also requires protection of the innocent because many will not prevail for the cruelty they impose on the innocent unless they change course and start to recognise innocence as important; and that even if you don't like an innocent person you can't harm that person just because you are powerful or very strong.
In 200 million people it is almost impossible to get help and even when some try to help, others steal and or divert it. This is a huge challenge. The same lacklustre concern for me is showing by many African nations for Sudan in terms of real help that can save lives and make people live better on the ground in Sudan.
If foreigners help African victims of war as much or more than African nations do, then it would be unrealistic not to expect those victims of war not to gravitate in some form to those who helped them in periods of war.
This is written to Africa to strengthen itself because in the current Universal 'game' Africa can prevail since in some other aspects Africa is very strong.
