INTENTIONAL SET-UP IMPLICATION ATTACK AGAINST ME WHO WRITE THIS PHYSICALLY

In the latter parts of this afternoon me who write this physically heard some person from this compound asking whether a soccer ball kept in this compound was from that compound that is the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound. 

This evening me who write this physically observed the ball in the front of the gate inside this compound with three pieces of wood two of which were quite large. 

Me who write this physically observed very intense spiritual and or psychological tying on my legs and groin area and the exact shape of the tying attack was on the ball. This made me know that the ball was being used to spiritually and or psychologically propagate the attack.

Then me who write this physically asked why the resident in this compound did not return the ball to the above mentioned compound as in prior times. This was when me who write this physically clearly observed that there was some attempt to try to implicate me from inside this residence and the above mentioned compound. 

Then the person mentioned going to give the ball to another person entirely instead of the compound where the ball was thrown into this compound from. The person said for investigation. Me who write this physically was surprised that instead of just returning the ball to those who threw it in here the resident was speaking of an investigation. This clearly shows malicious and nefarious intent. 

Then when me who write this physically went to take the water reading the spiritual and or psychological attack on my legs was very intense. The hackers and rogue security agents made the photograph not to be clear and this required several pictures which were not clear which is done intentionally by the hackers and rogue security agents. At some point while trying to stop the attack on my groin as well as the snapping of pictures that were not clear the phone fell down. This was the phone that got a new phone screen just over 24 hours ago. This was a collaborative effort from inside and outside this compound to damage the phone and try to implicate because the screen that was intentionally smashed yesterday was too revealing. 

As me who write this physically went to get another phone me who write this physically observed the person watching to see exactly when me who write this physically would pass to the front door and exactly as me who write this physically was passing the person started tying a cloth. This the person has done with cloth hundreds of times to me and sometimes it causes me intense biological discomfort for hours. Me who write this physically tried to prevent the tying of the cloth to prevent the attack against me. 

Just prior to this some person was making a loud sound with heavy chains and clearly was anticipating something. 

This was intended to try to implicate me and has occurred prior to this time. 

This is illegal and very wrong and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. Those who have attacked me are trying to implicate me. That shall not prevail. 

Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner.
