ASSESSING A TWEET POSTED ON 29TH SEPTEMBER 2025

The tweet should show April 1994.

It is not very clear how this occurred, but certainly there are some concerning points which are delineated here.

1. Me who write this physically decided to write on Remembering the 1994 Rwandan Genocide because me who write this physically saw a tweet commemorating the tragedy in the morning of Tuesday 7th April 2026. 

However, the hackers and rogue security agents had done something to make the prediction not show RWANDAN when it should have when typing. This is completely deliberate because me who write this physically have mostly referred to the Rwandan Genocide as that.

What makes me know that the whole thing is premeditated is because how did the hackers and rogue security agents know that me who write this physically would know to write about the 32nd commemoration of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. In addition, me who write this physically have written on the 1994 Rwandan Genocide and the prediction should have shown that. The purpose of this is to establish criminal intent on the part of the hackers and rogue security agents who did this intentionally. 


2. The second aspect was that me who write this physically discovered a tweet that was strangely written with the month of April. This tweet is shown above. Me who write this physically thought it may have been psychological pressure force attack which is imposed almost every time that me who write this physically make most posts, especially sensitive posts. However, the action of the hackers and the rogue security agents made me who write this physically realise there was something nefarious going on.

When me who write this was proving that me who write this physically had written 'The Rwandan Genocide' several times, the hackers and rogue security agents made that so arduous that eventually me who write this could not post the tweet thread up to this time, but only the video. And even the video froze, actually the phone just froze when making the video and required restarting the phone to make the video. They also switched off the phone at 45% charge and made it challenging. The tweet referred to here was included in that thread though they made it go to no less than 14 tweets from over 20 tweets. It was my thinking that they wanted me to post that because of the error, but they prevented that because they didn't want me to prove that me who write this physically have written the Rwandan Genocide several times with this and previous phones. It became clear that the hackers and rogue security agents had something to do with that date being written that way, and they wanted to punish for that but did not want me to write about that. This makes me have the opinion that this was all done to try to leverage the date that was typed.

The horrendous and destructive marathon of spiritual and or psychological genocidal attacks against me who write this physically for the entire night, even till after daybreak, this morning of Wednesday 8th April 2026 further show the criminal intent of the hackers and rogue security agents. These spiritual and or psychological crimes will be legally and accurately prosecuted at the Universal Trials on Crimes Committed against people leading to Neurological Disorders. 


3. The third point is that me who write this physically have never written the date that way at any prior time when referring to the 1994 Rwandan Genocide, as best as is known by me who write this physically and me who write this physically am strongly of the opinion that, this was the handiwork of the hackers and rogue security agents. The previous tweets which the hackers and rogue security agents made so arduous to post in a thread would show this.

Therefore, this error is directly the responsibility of the hackers and rogue security agents who have made writing on it challenging.

That shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.
