ANOTHER INTENTIONALLY DAMAGED FAN

Me who write this physically went out to get something this evening that is 5th March 2026 and came back after 10pm. Some person or people were permitted to get to my room, which was locked, and they spoilt my second and only other functional fan. There was also a clear sound which sounded very much like a microphone and speaker in my room, which is strange and which is a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights and is illegal. Me who write this physically have not yet located the device making these sounds. This is done by hackers and rogue security agents and those who sponsor them to do this. People should understand that this lawlessness and persecution is not reserved for me alone. They clearly intend to do that to others when they feel those others are sufficiently weak. This is also aggression for legal innovation by people who cannot accept solutions unless they come up with one and me who write this physically have not attacked them.



The first part of this was ready to post prior to 3.15am this morning, but after editing the text and about to post, the hackers and rogue security agents deleted the post which me who write this physically have not been able to complete till this time. This means the hackers and the rogue security agents have something to do with the illegal and criminal entry of my room and the spoiling of my fan. This is very clear.

It is important to note that just earlier this week, sometime from Monday to Wednesday, some person and or persons went to my room and stole a sizeable amount of my phone credit of what me who write this physically had kept inside a safe. This, however, was while me who write this physically slept off in the front yard garden. This means that the perpetrators as me who write this physically have stated earlier a number of times, are basically watching this compound and inside the compound because how do they known when a person dozes off in the garden in an entirely walled and gated compound?

In addition, just some days ago my other functional fan was intentionally damaged by the hackers and the rogue security agents.

Just yesterday me who write this physically made a recommendation having to do with compressing stream to store drinks, including water. Steam is hot and not having a fan in the dry season near the equator is also hot.

Me who write this physically have had over 100 heat wave torture attacks in recent years which are not spiritual and or psychological but by some form of wave technology. It was only after the recommendation of 18th August 2025 on steam compression was made that me who write this physically understood that the heat wave torture may have somehow been to punish me because the hackers and rogue security agents didn't expect a successful recommendation. Perhaps they knew of the water challenge in a nation earlier and anticipated that me who write this physically would want to proffer a solution to that situation but didn't know it would be feasible. So they tortured me with sophisticated heat equipment over 100 times since the year 2024. The heat wave torture was mostly effected prior to the conclusion of that recommendation. This is just an observation.

OBSERVATION

As at 5.13pm on Friday 6th March 2026, there have been no less than 5 very loud intentional screen door hitting and slamming noises from the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound.

There have also been no less than 5 more deleting attacks on this report, which has caused more delays.

The perpetrators do not want me who write this physically to explain what occurred.

That shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. 



The thing those responsible for this need to understand is that the moment the cruelly persecuted become used to and accept their suffering, the power dynamics legally change against the perpetrators of the aggression. This is very important.

PSYCHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ASSAULTING Some weeks ago me who write this physically had a psychological observation of a gruesome, relentless assaulting of an important personality consistently. This was also like it was me who write this physically but me who write this physically appear quite different from the important personality.
