CASUALTIES AND IMPACT OF THE JANUARY 3RD 2026 SECURITY OPERATION

The legal government of Venezuela is recommended to make known in a universal press conference all the people that were killed and injured in the 3rd January 2026 military operation in Venezuela by the military of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America. 

It is important for the legal government in Venezuela to make it known how they died and other details regarding their deaths. This can also be done for the injured. The legal government in Venezuela should legally and accurately and formally present this information to the Tribunal Supremo de Justicia of Venezuela, the Supreme Court of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America, the United Nations Security Council, The United Nations General Assembly and at a meeting with leaders of other South American nations which can be held sometime in January 2026. Every nation has the right to legally honour its fallen. 

The legal government in Venezuela is recommended to legally and accurately determine if there was any intentional sabotage in these killings meant to intentionally taint the operation against the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America. Even though some Venezuelans may not have appreciated the security operation it is recommended that the legal government in Venezuela refuse to be a part of intentionally trying to sabotage or taint that operation. Therefore the legal and accurate determination will make known the true source or sources of the killings. 

It is important for the legal government in Venezuela to ensure peace and security is maintained because unrest is a clear opportunity for military intervention. 

The legal government in Venezuela should consider a special model for its crude oil sector. This is seeking foreign investment for Venezuelan oil companies to develop them to the point of having the capacity to optimise the industry. However, the foreign investors may provide the machinery, technical expertise, legal access to markets and ongoing support as required. The legal government in Venezuela may be able to devise some financial structure that enables the foreign investment companies legally share in annual profits and dividends while ensuring control of the companies remains in the hands of Venezuelans. This is very important because it allows the benefits of foreign investment without the same level of risks for the foreign companies which makes investment easier and protects the companies as Venezuelan companies. If at any time there is the need for raising funding from international markets it would be much easier with this sort of structure.

The legal government in Venezuela is recommended to legally and accurately make as much of its dealings as transparent as feasible especially as regards its natural resources. 

The legal government in Venezuela needs to realise that the Venezuelan people, most of the people in humanity inclusive of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America place highly a nation that legally protects the interests of its own people while legally cooperating with other nations. This is true. 

These are recommendations.

PSYCHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ASSAULTING Some weeks ago me who write this physically had a psychological observation of a gruesome, relentless assaulting of an important personality consistently. This was also like it was me who write this physically but me who write this physically appear quite different from the important personality. The worrying aspect of this psychological observation was not that the important personality was being assaulted though that was strange, but rather the reaction, which was not so much defiance or screaming from pain, but the reaction gave an impression of hopelessness.
