RECOMMENDATION
COLOMBIA
Wednesday 14th January 2026
This
is to recommend that the legal government of Colombia should consider
seeking refuge in a willing embassy of any willing nation to prevent
capture of any of its legal leaders and or officials.
It is recommended
that the legal government of Colombia make known all its legal efforts
at combating the illicit drug trade with details of its achievements and
successes as well as cooperation with foreign nations over the past
years and decades in ending the scourge. The use of infographs and
charts as well as referenced information will help. This should be made
known through a Universal press conference as well as to the United
Nations Security Council, The United Nations General Assembly, South
American nations and the United States of America with capital in
Washington D.C., North America through the legal Colombian embassy in
the United States.
The legal government in Colombia should seek a
legal pronouncement as to whether it is legal to capture an incumbent
elected leader for instance an elected president of a Sovereign Nation
for legal prosecution. The legal government in Colombia should seek this
legal pronouncement in Corte Suprema de Justicia de Colombia in Bogota,
the Supreme Court of the United States of America with capital in
Washington D.C., North America, The United Nations Security Council, The
United Nations General Assembly and the International Court of Justice
in the Hague, Netherlands as well as all Supreme Courts in South
America. This pronouncement is essential because it provides a written
legal statement that any such action is illegal and cannot be excused as
legal under any guise.
The legal government in Colombia should
find out if there is any government that would freely allow its
incumbent elected president or highest elected official in the executive
of that nation to be arrested by another nation.
