Me who write this physically am requesting that The United Nations with Headquarters in New York State, The United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America urgently appraise the current situation in Venezuela and make a formal and legal resolution and or pronouncement as to the legality and constitutionality of the military action in Venezuela by what is reported as forces of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America.

The Supreme Court of The United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America, needs to also kindly, legally and accurately determine if the actions of the military of the United States of America, with capital in Washington D.C., North America, are legal and constitutional according to the Laws of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America, International Law and Universal and Fundamental Human Rights.

Very importantly, it is critical to legally and accurately determine if the United States of America, with capital in Washington D.C., North America, is actually legally the root of this current military action in Venezuela.

Due to intense psychological pressure and intentional distraction by the resident inside this compound me who write this physically did not check after formatting and just posted. A small nation wins a war against a large nation if it prevents war and protects peace. 2. A small nation that is attacked by a larger nation should ask its friends or trade partner nations if they would accept to have an embassy field office in a region or state or smaller administrative location as well. In this manner several nations could open field embassies across that nation and the nations would be attacked if their embassies are attacked. 3. PSYCHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ASSAULTING Some weeks ago me who write this physically had a psychological observation of a gruesome, relentless assaulting of an important personality consistently. This was also like it was me who write this physically but me who write this physically appear quite different from the important personality. The worrying aspect of this psychological observation was not that the important personality was being assaulted though that was strange, but rather the reaction, which was not so much defiance or screaming from pain, but the reaction gave an impression of hopelessness. This was worrying because that should not be so.
