LEGALLY ENSURING THE LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL POLITICAL STABILITY OF UKRAINE 

Active military personnel in the following nations.

France – 204,000

United Kingdom – 138,000

Germany – 185,000 

Italy – 171,000

Spain – 117,000

Greece – 110,000

Total 925,000 active personnel. 

Ukraine is said to have 880,000 military strength.

It is important to legally ensure the political stability of Ukraine which needs very serious attention and legal effort because Ukraine in the wrong hands would be 880,000 troops in a real war environment which is just under the total active troop deployment in the top 6 European nations with active troop personnel other than that of the Russian Federation with capital in Moscow. 

Ukraine has an equivalent of approximately 25% of North Atlantic Treaty Organisation active military personnel troop size.

This further shows the need for legal and constitutional political stability in Ukraine.

The purpose of researching and writing this is to make it clear that the political stability of Ukraine has both serious implications on European security as well as universal security.

The image however at 5.56am shows the date separated into two. The formatting does not do this and me who write this physically didn't do that. OPINION SMALLER AND LARGER NATIONS  Friday 2nd January 2026   For smaller nations 1. Avoid war and seek peace at all times. A small nation wins a war against a large nation if it prevents war and protects peace. 2. A small nation that is attacked by a larger nation should ask its friends or trade partner nations if they would accept to have an embassy field office in a region or state or smaller administrative location as well. In this manner several nations could open field embassies across that nation and the nations would be attacked if their embassies are attacked. 3. PSYCHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ASSAULTING Some weeks ago me who write this physically had a psychological observation of a gruesome, relentless assaulting of an important personality consistently. This was also like it was me who write this physically but me who write this physically appear quite different from the important personality. The worrying aspect of this psychological observation was not that the important personality was being assaulted though that was strange, but rather the reaction, which was not so much defiance or screaming from pain, but the reaction gave an impression of hopelessness. This was worrying because that should not be so.
